Vision Boys Academy is an affordable and small therapeutic Christian boarding school and ranch located in Missouri, designed to help struggling pre-teen boys, ages 8-12.

Vision Boys Academy focuses on building effective communication with each boy, and his parent. Personal experiences with adoption, rebellion and academic troubles help us connect and relate one on one. Leading at-risk boys, ages 8-12, to be Godly and upright young men – that’s our purpose!

Victory Boys AcademyWith the rapid changes in today’s society, it is becoming more difficult to live a clean, Godly life. Technology has opened up many doors of entertainment that are easily accessible and for many young people, the lines have become blurred on what is right and wrong.

At the Vision Boys Academy, students will have the opportunity to focus on what’s important in life and receive caring training in becoming Godly young men. Vision Boys Academy believes if your son can learn to confront his problems, whether it’s bitterness, anger, laziness, or disrespect, then they can learn to change these areas of their life.

Vision Boys Academy helps boys who:
  • Suffer from not being able to form healthy emotional relationships with birth or adoptive parents, including RAD (Reactive Attachment Disorder),
  • Are unable to remain focused, ADHD, (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)
  • Display signs of early rebellion, refuses to obey, shows argumentative behavior, ODD (Oppositional Defiance Disorder),
  • Simply need a change of environment, separated from the negative impact of internet addictions, and harmful relationships.

Boys at Vision Boys Academy boarding school enjoy our 27-acre campus that includes a fishing pond, basketball court, and weight-lifting area. Students live in comfortable dorm, able to house 12-15 boys in a safe, understanding environment monitored by staff 24/7. We serve healthy meals every day next door in our family-style cafeteria. Boys attend classes, Monday through Friday, in our newly updated school house. Victory Boys Academy staff and their families live on-campus in housing attached to the school.

With a heart for adopted boys, Vision Boys Academy’s Executive Director, Shawn Parker earned his BS degree from Oklahoma Baptist College. As an ordained Baptist minister, he provides Bible-based counseling to each boy as they interact daily on-site. He also keeps parents up to date on their son’s progress with a personal phone call to the parents every other week.

Vision Boys Academy’s focus on providing a nurturing learning environment for struggling boys, in a safe, daily structured program promotes personal, spiritual and academic growth.

Vision Boy’s Academy believes a program of consistent daily living can help your son learn to make the right decisions that lead to lasting change and a more fulfilled life. Some boys just simply need to learn the love of Christ. Some need a more concentrated effort on getting caught up in school. Some need to learn the importance of respecting others and themselves. Some just need a change of environment.

Vision Boys Academy also offers scholarships on a case-by-case basis.
